Well, this cat has being totally confused. I decided to put a matte pink collar, with glitter on him. Merlin decided to spend last weekend on the porch, all weekend, day and night. He seemed depressed and ate like a pig.
Well, the owner has decided to let Merlin keep the collar on. Apparently, Merlin has decided to kill a lizard and share the find with me on Monday, at 4am. Additionally, Merlin decided to also wake me up at 3:15am, for food.
I will pay anyone to take this cat off of my hands, with a month supply of food.
I have a very special friend, in my apartment complex. It is a visiting cat, a Chatreaux, who belongs to one of my neighbors. Merlin, his name, appears to like to hang on my porch and eat my food.

Overdue Posting
Sorry it has been a while since I posted here. I mean, there is only so much you can post about a spoiled rotten, ungrateful cat....
Lately, Merlin is letting the squirrels eat his food, while he is two feet away. What cat lets a squirrel eat his food?
He also let's a specific stray cat eat his food. This stray appears to be a mix between a stray cat and a lynx cat. Did I mention that he is just as big as Merlin, and Merlin is around 22 pounds.
He also has a thing for lizards or geckos. He apparently wipes out the lizard population, and brings them to me as a gift. This, of course, he does this at 3 am, and is the only time he actually meows loud enough for me to hear him.
He will not shut up till I open the sliding door and inspect his catch of the day: A dead lizard.
I plan on putting another pink collar on him, with rhinestones. Some of my co-workers suggested that paint a purple or pink mohawk on him, with one on those washout dyes.
However, since I live in Texas, the owner might feel compelled to shoot me for defacing her cat. For safety reasons, I will stick to the collar, and put a note on it, to see if the owner will read it and respond.
After all, I am taking care of her cat as well by spending my hard earned money on food.

Just completed a Pet CPR Class, Merlin will be my first 'victim to resuscitate'
Just completed my first Pet CPR class yesterday. When I got home, Merlin was in rare form. He kept scratching at my window, in spite of a full bowl of food, and fresh water. This went on from 4pm to 12 midnight. Every time I tried to go out there to play with him, he would run, and hide, and when I closed the door, he came back again. I think somebody slipped some drugs to that cat.
Finally I ignored him the rest of the night. He eventually went home, hopefully to the bowels of hell, where he came from. I mean, what the f**k is wrong with this cat? Now I understand why his owner lets him out. We all know who runs Merlin's household, both his permanent home and my home.
I think that I will be renting Merlin out to people to catch mice.
